Patient Information
The Billing Hub provides billing services for various Medical Practitioners over a range of specialities. It is best practice to provide an Estimate of Fees prior to treatment when possible. The estimate of fees will clearly outline all rebates available to the patient. The Billing Hub offers payment via Direct Deposit, Cheque or BPay. Any unpaid overdue accounts will be sent to a debt collection agency for processing.

UNINSURED PATIENTS
For any patients that are being admitted to a private hospital your treatment will incur costs that are to be paid prior to surgery.

INSURED PATIENTS
Even if you have Private Health Insurance, Medical Practitioners are able to set their own fees. This can result in a difference between what Medicare and your health fund pay to what the doctor charges. This is known as a Gap or Out of Pocket cost. All out of pocket costs are to be paid prior to surgery.
